i m not fully agree with you .. now a days .. ppl dont waist there time to write code in PHP ... there are many CMS software like joomla , Drupal etc. they are very easy to use . and mostly ppl who work on joomla or drupal .. they didn't know about the basic of PHP .. but they worked very well ..
