Hi everyone
We just moved into a basement apartment where the landlord installed a phoneline for us so I could use my Teksavvy DSL.
A bell technician came and hooked something up outside and said it was good to go, without testing anything inside. I thought this was odd but fair enough.
Of course it does not work, and it appears that the line is getting no signal at all. I asked the landlord about the hookup since he hooked it up himself and said he wasn't familiar with this.
